All our prices are listed in USD directly on each product page. We ship worldwide and all prices are inclusive of making charges. What metals and materials does UNCUT use?

Our jewelry is crafted in 22K or 18K gold and sterling silver, depending on the collection and design. All pieces are fully hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the Indian Government's official certification body.

Every piece also comes with a Third-Party Authenticity Certificate detailing the exact materials used.

What does Hallmarked jewelry mean?

Hallmarking is an official government certification that guarantees the purity of your jewelry. Every UNCUT piece is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) — the Indian Government's official assay body.

Your hallmark confirms three things:

  • Purity — the exact karatage of your gold (18K or 22K) or fineness of your silver
  • Assay Office Mark — the certified body that independently tested and verified the piece
  • Maker's Mark — confirming UNCUT as the maker

Who is the founder of UNCUT Jewelry?

UNCUT was founded by Aditi Amin in Ahmedabad in 2019, born from a simple conviction: that modern fine jewelry rooted in Indian craft and heritage didn't exist — and needed to.

 

Every piece is designed and made entirely in India, hallmarked, and built to be worn for generations.

What shipping carriers do you use?

To ensure that your order reaches you safely & in fastest time, we only ship through reputed courier agencies such as Sequel, BVC, DHL & fedEx.

Is my Jewelry insured during shipping?

Yes. UNCUT Jewelry is fully insured until the shipment is handed over to our clients. We offer secured door-step delivery world-wide* (except for a few countries where direct shipping from India is not permitted)

Can I track the status of my order?

Why does the product appear to be different on the website than the original piece?

We try to capture the design in its utmost essence, with true to reality colors, though sometimes the result is subject to lighting and may appear different on each screen depending on the screen resolution. Each product is unique as it is handcrafted which implies that no two pieces can be exact replicas, with a 5-10% margin on changes in weights and dimensions and therefore the overall look. We strive towards putting all our efforts to match it to the specifications provided on the website and do not compromise on quality at any point.

How can I get my UNCUT Jewelry Re-sized/ Repaired/ Re-polished?

We offer resizing, repair, and re-polishing services on all UNCUT jewelry.

  • Resizing — we offer complimentary resizing on all our rings. Please share your size with us and we will advise next steps
  • Repair — once we receive and assess your piece, we will confirm whether a repair is possible and any costs involved
  • Re-polishing — available on request, costs confirmed upon assessment

Please note: shipping to our studio in Ahmedabad is at the client's cost. We will always ship your piece back to you fully insured

What is your REFUND/ RETURN Policy?

We want you to love your UNCUT jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • The piece must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges are processed as a credit note valid for 3 months
  • Made-to-order and resized pieces are not eligible for return

To initiate an exchange, write to us at international@uncutjewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the process

  • Every UNCUT piece comes with a Third-Party Authenticity Certificate detailing the gold and polki used
  • We use genuine natural and crafted gemstones including rubies, emeralds, aquamarine, coral, and more
  • Carat weight mentioned on product pages reflects gross weight
  • We do not offer buyback or resale on gemstones

I see a different price than what I saw earlier for a design, why is that?

We update our prices based on the gold rate fluctuations. That is the reason why sometimes you may see a difference in the price from when you saw earlier.

Do you have any stores or stockists? I would like to see the product before buying it?

Our collections are sold through our website. We also entertain walk-ins at our studio UNCUT, by Aditi Amin (Ahmedabad, Gujarat). No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest, but we will need you to fill in your email address at checkout and phone number during checkout for communication related to your order fulfilment and logistics.
